dessert easy 35 min
  • 1½ cups flour
  • ½ cup olive oil (good one!)
  • 3 eggs + 1 cup sugar
  • zest of 2 lemons + juice
  • 1 tsp baking powder, pinch salt
mix wet, fold in dry. bake 325°F for 35 min. dust with powdered sugar while warm ✨

comfort food 20 min
  • 2 tbsp white miso
  • 1 tbsp butter + sesame oil
  • 2 cups dashi or chicken broth
  • ramen noodles, soft boiled egg
  • green onion, nori, chili flakes
fry miso in butter 1 min. add broth, simmer. cook noodles. top with everything. pour boiling broth last for the sizzle 🔥
